That's when things started to get annoying...It started with the "nick-name" thing. Everyone we hung out with had to have a Japanese nick-name. I was thinking 'WTF? I'm White...' but, went along with it anyways. So, she gives my friend Debra the name Yuri...YURI!!! I looked the word up and do you know what yuri means? Japanese lesbian porn. WTF? Why would you name our friend that? The nick-name thing was sort of started by me because you see...I have a friend her name is Jasmine...she isn't exactly the most popular person in the world so people would take to calling her Jazzman, Jizzum, and other s**t like that...It was really get ting on her nerves so we started calling her Ayame. Now thats as far as it went. I was still Brittany. Mary was still Mary. And, Everybody else was still everybody else. Okay, now where was I? Oh yeah! The 'nick-name' thing was lame as hell! So, I was learning the language...and she knew it. When I say knew I mean she knew about as much as the anime obsessed Narutards that live here do only a little bit more...>.> God, I wanted to kill her! I went up to her one morning and said, "Ii otenki desu ne?" That means "Nice weather isn't it?" You think that someone who knew Japanese would get that right? Wrong! She looked at me like I was insane and said that she didn't understand. I went to her house that same day and her Japanese family was there because her dad remarried...I said the same thing to one of them and they said That yes it was nice weather...>.> If you don't know the language don't claim you do!
