Okay, now.
A few hours ago, something was spilled on my MP3 player, and I didn't know it until I actually picked it up. Who knows how long the liquid was present in the device. I got out much of it as I could, then I popped it open. gonk Took me a bit to dry it off.
The same stuff happened as it did in the linked entry, except the problems were worse, and this time I got frustrated and hit the player twice because the touchscreen wouldn't work. I'm a hard hitter, but I didn't break the player in the process. sweatdrop
At this time of writing, the touchscreen fully works, but the display's lighting is ********. gonk Oh, well... I have good eyes, anyway. Also, there are three more of the same player in Mom's room, and I have a Minidisc player that I recovered recently. Haven't used it since 2006. xd Still, I wonder if the display is going to recover. sad
Updates on this soon.
*UPDATE* 4/4/2008* The screen is back to normal, but it still flickers slightly. I didn't mention that before. But it doesn't bother me. razz
