This poem was actually inspired by a story by Mr. Brian Hugh Warner aka Marilyn Manson that you can find in his autobiography "Long Hard Road Out Of Hell".
The words flow from my finger tips, As if the shadow of a silhouette dancing across a window curtain. As I watch you, I can't help but love you. I want you, I need you, I'd kill you to love you, And that might be what I have to do, I will take you to the grave, If I have to. The words flow from my mouth as I watch you dance, I love you. You turn with a look of horror, I ran, Sorry, my love, but I ran. I know it was wrong, You don't want me, You don't want me, YOU DON'T WANT ME! I know this, But I have to have you, I need you, I want you, I will kill you to love you, If that's what I have to do. The next day I went to your door, You recgonized me and tried to slam the door, I forced my way in, In your kitchen, I took a knife, And slashed your throat. I wanted you, I needed you So I took you, I killed you to love you, I wanted to be inside you, And this is the only way. As you lay rotting on my floor, I won't let them have you, You. Are. Mine. I want you, I need you, I just wanted to be inside you, They. Can't. Have. You. You. Are. Mine.
