Vampire Coming

the move of a lifetime has just begun
will my life change to suit the new me
the time has passed to start again
I leapt at the chance, so it has began.

let the road go on, forever and ever
let the light continue to shine
don't ever let it dim
it leads my way on the lane forever.

the new vampire rises again
to show the world his new coming
he feeds to strain the life
from the body of a mortal so he can live.

I feel his touch around my body
he holds me close to him
the tender kiss upon my neck
just before the pain.

he penetrates my neck to drain
the crimson blood from my veins
he tastes the blood upon his lips
and takes no more.

I see the new and improved me
the immortal inside lives
I shall never die to save this world
just you wait and see.
