So. Let me fill all yall in.
I just came back from PC today. Yay. The day we arrived was bad. Since this was my first year, I had no clue what to do. I had to rebag all of my horse feed because they were in plastic bags and not paper ones. That took forever. I also didn't know anyone on my team. And I think they were all older, 'cept the small prep girl. But the prep girl (Thisbe, what a weird name!) was actually nice, and she let me borrow her halfchaps. Anchovey was in love with the fan we set up in her room. She stood in front of it all day.
Saterday was nice. There was this hing that you hadto get up at 6 am for. I had to jog anchovey in front of the Vets every morning. They needed to be sure she wasn't hurt. Then formal inspection. I had to get myself, my tack, and my horse all spiffied for a judge. Then I had dressage. That means you also have a test to preform on a horse in front of a judge. Like Circles and canter/trot/walk/stop transitions. We did nicely. Then I had Show jumping. We kicked butt. We had no faults. (Meaning I didn't fall off or knock down the jump. Yay!).
Sunday was Really nice. More vet things. No dressage. Then two more show jumping, which we did awesome. But my team only ended up being 2rd out of four. We were in second by .4 points. POINT FOUR POINTS!! Aw shucks.
But now I am back home. Ugh....
