I was looking through your RP's when I came upon this. I couldn't help but not respond since some of the stuff there bothers me as much as it bothers you.

1) Churches shouldn't say you won't be saved if you don't give back to the church. Thats not true. It never says thats what is required to be saved. What is required is to make Jesus #1 in everything you do and to have a personal relationship in him and trust him. To put it simply be like his disciples.

2) Animal sacrifices were required as a way to repent for sin. Its all symbolism pointing forward towards Jesus as the Ultimate sacrifice. That is why sacrificing animals had never occured in Christianity because Jesus was the ultimate sacrifice so God needs no more shedding of blood for our sins because the ultimate blood has been shed.

3) The bible isn't 100 percent correct in what is written but what it is perfect in all that it teaches. There are lots of errors in the bible concerning names and dates but those can be accounted for as human error. The Old Testament texts have been verified with very old copies. Some boys found some pots out in the desert one day. These are known as the dead sea scrolls and are incredibly old. If you want to think humans changed it thats fine because all of the changes in the book itself were God guided. If he really truly is God then the changes were for our benefit and His glory.

PM me or comment if you wish to respond to what I have to say. I don't mind questions. I think its better to ask and know the answer then just take it as the church has us do often. One last thing. Money should be given freely to God as an offering because it all belongs to him anyways. God just wants to know you obey him and he will bless you if you give. I can attest to that since i've seen it happen.

Whoa, i was reading your rps and i ended up here. I found it interesing beacuse thats exactly what i used to think when i was.... umm i dont know 15 years old. I apologize before i begin if theres a misunderstanding or you hate my bad grammar but since english isnt my first language.

First of all spirits and demons dont make you do anything, thats just bullshit. And if a church wants you to give your money to them to be saved, well... they must be laughing their asses off inside when they tell you all that stuff. We humans are the ones who decide what to do or what not to do, its important to know that if you look at the big picture its hard to see if theres something good or bad. It always depends on your position, and even if you do something very good you can end hurting someone.

After that said its good to think if god does exist after all. Its hard to know beacuse god is a being that can be seen and doesnt shows any miracle when you ask him for a signal beacuse its a sin. (one of the pilars that makes many religions to keep going after a long time) Now if you think about it, if god is a superior being like we are told, then why should he need sacrifices? (human, animal, or material) If you look even more deeply then you should alsk to yourself, If he knows everything and everyone how are they going to react and everything thats going to happen, then why is this thing of heaven or hell so discused? if everything is written on the book of life then we are heading to a destiny that we cannot evade.

About the bible, In the year 330 (im not really sure) rome was divided and their empire was falling apart, their goverment failed in so many ways and the genocides against christians were horrible. But then the emperor Constantine l came into the picture and decided that the religion for rome was going to be the christianism (Whoa what a twist!) So the councel of nicea was done, they choosed which were the canonical books and put all of them together. So rome made the bible of the books that we all know, (genesis blah blah blah) and now rome had a way to get together their people, with religion not with politics.

So well, thats what i know and what i aprove, but even when i am against any kind of religion i cant say that god doesnt exist, beacuse i am a human and one never knows. What i think you should do is to stop worrying about god and religions and to live your life the better you can, do the good to the other people and love them as long as you can, you cant love someone that hurts you but respect them. Dont live scared about the end of the world and such things, if it is going to happen it will happen and theres nothing we can do about it.

Your view is understandable, and I ge you kudos for speaking your mind on the subject. Frankly Im tired of church goers who shake their fingers at those who dont believe. I know alot of them. This is my view on the situation, and if you like it or hate it is up to you.

Religion in and of itself is all about the belief of someone greater than you watching down on your life and guiding you down the right path. What I think this is is that people want someone to guide them. Tell them what to do and how to do it. What they need to and how to get to there destination. Nothing more or less. Everything is written by man. The book, the churchs, the money donations you have spoke of. Gid doesnt need material goods like that. What he wants is stories.

Think about it. God is an all powerful being that can see everything. But I believe he turns a blind eye to humanity not to abandon us, but to hear us tell him what we went through. He takes a certain joy out of not knowing, and when we tell him, he takes it all in as a sponge.

As for the churchs, those are creations of man to worship God. But I dont think God needs to be worshiped. At least in that way. If you do good in your life, be kind to yur fellow man and give help when it is needed, I think that is a better method of worship. Not money, sacrifices, not even the prayers. Just live the way you feel in best for you and makes you happy.

Lastly, Hell. No such place in my mind. The only Hell that exists is the one you create for yourself. Drugs, orgies, killing, plundering, allthis actions eventually haunt you. Voices of people who tried to help you and you ignored give raise to wraith like voices in your mind, or "demons". The world gets darker, you become paranoid, and every actions you make seems to be greater to you. This haunts and hammers at you until you break down and lose your mind. That in my view is Hell.

Well thats it. Hope you understand my two cents.
