(for a 13 x 9 pan)
1 box of Spaghetti noodles
1 stick of butter (melted)
1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese**
6 eggs (beaten)
1 pound (ish) of ground beef
1 medium jar of desired marinara sauce (more can be added for extra sauciness)**
1 lb. of Ricotta cheese**
**The amounts can be changed depending on personal tastes and the amount being made (especially for the Ricotta)
>>> Prepare noodles as stated on the box. Mix the eggs, butter and cheese together and put them in the noodles. Stir to coat the noodles.
>>>Brown the beef and add the sauce to it.
>>>Pour noodle mixture into a large pan and spread it around the bottom and sides forming a 'well'
>>> Spread globs of the ricotta on top the the noodles but don't go near the edges. (it shall be the crust)
>>> Pour the meat-sauce on top of the ricotta. Don't go near the edges again!!
>>> Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees Fahrenheit. (or until the noodle crust is slightly brown or when it won't jiggle if you move it around)
>>> 10 minutes before it's done baking spread on shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the meat sauce. (so it will melt)
