(This was yesterdays, btw, I skipped a day cuz I was busy rolleyes )
I love my name. These days, Dianne is one of the most uncommon names-- and I'm all about uniqueness. So far, I have only met one girl my age named Diane-- and she lives in Arizona. Even so, she probably didn't spell it the same way as I do, so HA! In latin, Diane means "Divine" [actually, it comes from a word that means devine, but I didn't care to rephrase that] I was named after my dad's coworker, whon he was good friends with. She even made a children's book especially for me and about me, and gave it to me when I was around three years old. Needless to say, I still have that book and cherish it with all my heart. As for my full name, the whole thing is unique! Dianne Yvonne [censored!]. How many people have either of those names? Not many in California (but go to Texas and you'll find lots of [censored!]s). Would I change my name? HECK NO! People that change their names are nuts! Your name is your own personal title that your parents gave you! Unless your name has some innuendo in it-- DON'T CHANGE IT!! (or you were running from the law, but you shouldn't be doing that anyway!)
