Chronicles of Claive Ilusta
The Journal and log of Claive Ilusta, Kithnalian Immigrant
Homecoming (Chapter 11-3)
I went into my room and closed the door. I took off the tight clothes I was wearing and changed into a set of my regular, looser clothes. I pulled the small, spare backpack I had out of my closet and put an extra outfit in it. On the floor of my closet was a dark-colored wooden chest that I kept something special in. I knew that the most dangerous battle I've ever been in was coming soon, so I opened it and looked at the special armor that my sensei in Chromozone gave me as a graduation gift. It was a beautiful set: a black adamantine mail tunic, golden mythril breastplate, two bronze dragonskin leg holsters for knives and shurikens, fortified mythril bracers and greaves, and steel reinforced bronze dragonskin combat boots, all enchanted to enhance my body's flow of chakras. "Thank you, Sensei Palgaro." I whispered as I placed all of my throwing knives in the chest, closed it, and strapped it to my backpack.

With everything set, I took my pack into the dining room and set it on a chair, and said, "Hey Gryphen. Are you up to speed now?" She had a sad and concerned look when she faced me. "Oh, Claive... I'm so sorry for everything that's happened."
"Then, will you help us?"
"You know I abhor killing things, but I think the only way you'll find peace is to bring that monster to justice. I will help you." She picked up her longbow and quiver that was hanging on the wall. "Thank you. Okay, Popper, can you take us to the cave?" She replied, "Sorry, Fluffy, but I can only take one other person with me when I teleport. Any more puts too much strain on me."
"Crap. I guess we'll have to run, then. Come on, I'll lead the way."

About two hours later, we arrived at the cave. "Popper, please take Gryphen to the altar. It's a difficult slope, and I don't want her hurt." Shayra hopped onto Gryphen's back, grabbed tight, and they disappeared in a burst of shadow and smoke. I joined them a minute later. "Claive, is this all yours?"
"Yeah. It'll take us to Kithnal." I picked up the crayon on the ground. "It just needs a few adjustments. Okay... transport three... 71.8, 257.7, 96.8... Co-ords 57-165-82... Alright, ready to go." I placed my hand on the crystal circle's center, and a pale purple light enveloped us and we traversed the Multiverse to Kithnal.
