Nick ran to the exit of the facility and opened the door. Outside, there was a lot of snow. Nick scrambled up a small hill about twenty feet to the right of the exit, and at the same time he noticed the large hill on the other side, he saw a LabTech climbing up towards him. Before Nick could react, the LabTech pulled out a gun and shot at him. It hit him right in the shoulder, and, thinking fast, Nick yelled in pain and dropped behind the hill. He lay in the snow, trying not to move, when the LabTech stood on the top of the hill. He looked down at Nick, and he struggled more than ever to not move a muscle. Eventually, the LabTech turned around, and Nick pulled out a gun he had hidden in his labcoat. "I got the son of a bit-" he managed to get out before Nick shot him. Unable to bring himself to shooting him in the back, he aimed for his leg, at the same time hastily getting up and running back to the lab. Based on what the LabTech had been saying, there was no escape out there.

Yes, finally! While avoiding groups of LabTechs, I found a passage into the sewers! It's not going to be fun, but wherever it leads, it's got to be better than here... crawling is going to be more difficult with my injury...
