Ahh... What a long day...
Where to start, where to start..?
*Ahem*
Today was very loooooooooooooooooooong.
Half of it was spent at a darned cookie booth.
For those of you who don't know, I'm in Girl Scouts, and we were selling cookies over at Win-Dixie, or however you spell it.
Anyways, that lasted from eleven to about three thirty.
Talk about your leg-aches.
I was standing the whole freaking time.
"Excuse me ma'am, would you like to buy some Girl Scout cookies?"
"Would you be interested in some Girl Scout cookies, sir?"
Hurumph.
That was what I had to say all day.
On the up side, I got to stuff myself with this year's new cookie:::
The Dulce de Leche~
They're these amazingly good cookies with caramel drizzled over them and little chocolate chip thingies inside!
I was in heaven for a moment, until I had to be nice to indecisive people who stood there for ten minutes trying to figure out which box/boxes of cookies they wanted.
Aaaand, I was the only Girl Scout in my whole troop that showed up.
I was supposed to be with this other girl, but she didn't show.
I. Was. Pissed.
Then, when we were packing up the cookies, more people came up because they saw we were leaving.
They could've gone up to us while we were standing there waiting, but nuuuuuuu!
They have to line up at our table and waste our time.
All in all, that part of my day was pretty crappy.
Now, onto the other parts of my day~
After the cookie booth, my mom {the troop leader} and I packed the leftover cookies in my dad's truck that we brought them in, and headed towards home.
When we got to our house, I had, literally, two minutes to get ready for violin lessons.
My dad rushed me, and I ended up being ten minutes late.
My instructor forgave me, though.
`Cause she's just aaaawesome like that.
The practices on Saturdays are for a performance we {a small group and I} are doing, while I have a private practice on Wednesdays for just my teacher and I.
So, anyways, as the practice wore on and dwindled to a sad end, Mrs.Sonja {instructor} broght her son, Richard, into the room.
He is sooo adorable!
But... He's a little devil.
For instance:: We were going over the last part in the song, and Richard grabs the bottom half of a broken, metal stand and bashes it against the ground like, fifty times.
I'm not kidding.
He did it probably fifty times.
It broke, and we all laughed.
Then, he headed for my violin case.
He. Sat. On. It.
He. Stepped. On. It.
I was about to slap that boy silly before Mrs.Sonja came and got him away from my precious violin case...
*Low hiss*
.... Oh! Erm... So, yeah.
Then, practice ended, and I stole one of Jenna's brownies.
*Evil chuckle*
But then she found out, and flicked me on the ear.
And we aaaaaall laughed agaaaaain.
My dad took me home from there...
And now I'm on Gaia.
Surprise, surprise, ne?
And that's my day.
But..! That's not all, my friends.
Tomorrow, I'm doing another cookie booth with my friend Kendra.
At least this time I'll actually be with someone instead of just my mom...
It get's kind of lonely, ya` know?
After the cookie booth, I'm headed to my grandma and papa's to say goodbye to my Aunt, who'll be leaving for home tomorrow.
Tis sad.
She's fun.
After a few hours at my grandparents, I'm going to the movies with Kaia and Lizz.
We're going to go see Coraline.
It's supposed to be really good,
yet creepy.
I think I'll like it~
I can't wait for tomorrow, now that I've talked about it.
Oh well.
