I couldn't really think of a title for this one, but it used to be my signature on Gaia.
I'm laying in the sand so bright, While I write these words tonight. The sky seems endless, the moon commands. My love I'm waiting for your hands. We'll find each other, this is true But till that time I dream of you
I entered the next one in the arenas a while back. It isn't one of my best poems, but I wrote it in about 15 minutes. I was in a rush >w<
The conflict's lasted ages. Too many souls were lost. But that motto speaks like sages Win no matter cost.
Can you put a price on bloodshed? The eternal loss of life? From those who saw the deathly red, You cannot sell the feeling of strife.
So why as human beings, Must we tear ourselves apart? There must be something better, Than a stabbing of a heart.
But out beyond the battle. A hope of truce appears. The sensible appear like cattle. To erase the gloomy fears.
At once the fighting stops, As the others come between. A chime is heard as a weapon drops, A truly epic scene.
So now the battle's over, It seems that we have won. But one question goes forever Is our destiny really done?
Will this evil return again? That manifests within mankind? One thing is truly certain, You'll never know what human nature will bind
