“Ehh?”
“You see, there’s a… person called Melantha.” She scratched her cheek. “And she wants the throne of Sanix.”
“And kick our Queen out of it.” Ardea said.
“But she’s a good Queen.” Gaea said. “Everybody loves her."
“Can everybody in Sanix do this?” I asked.
“Do what? This?” Ardea lit her finger on fire, but actually didn’t burn it.
I nodded.
“No. If everybody could do it, then we won’t be very special.” She replied.
“Oh.” I cocked my head. “So you’re the only ones that can use powers like these?”
She shrugged. “Yeah. Well, there’s 6 of us.”
“Seven.” Gaea corrected.
“We don’t know that for sure.” Ardea grumbled. “Isn’t that why we came here?”
“Huh?”
“Our Queen, Alina,” Gaea said. “Have a suspicion that you may be one.”
“One of what?”
“One of us.”
