Nicolae's Top Donator & S.O.S
That's what I hope to be. Currently I'm there, and hopefully I'll stay there. Since I can't spend gold on anything but shop items or tossing it into other junk on the site I've decided to spend most of it on Nicolae. It's been over three months since they've disabled my trading pass and I've remained patient. I think that was just their way of saying "Don't bother us we don't care". I wish the top donators would get some sort of prize..
Regarding the S.O.S event, I think it's just a way to get gold out of the Gaia economy. The shops won't really close. Even if all the bars aren't filled some weird thing will happen and the shops will all stay open, and we probably won't get our gold back.
Having your username publicly out there on the list isn't too bad but it can get annoying. Every morning I have at least two new friend requests from people I've never talked to before. Someone even asked me for a donation, so they clearly didn't bother to learn anything about me or read my profile before asking me to give them something. talk2hand
