Ray was watching her T.V when she heard that two teens had been killed inside her school by a mad murder. She was laughed by this and told Her Mother. Her Mom was a little scared letting her girl go to school the next day. But the school insisted on everyone coming. Ray being the most gothic girl there wasn’t scared to go. She just shrugged it off. A hint of fear was always going to be there but that wasn’t going to stop her. She looked at everyone the scared faces made her laugh slightly. Huge groups were even bigger today because they didn’t want to be alone in the halls. They thought the killer was still there, which made it even funnier to Ray.
When the bell rang all the students stayed with each other, but of course Ray was by her self like always. She didn’t have many friends because of her so-called “cold-hearted” personality Ray wasn’t cold hearted she just didn’t care for anything. She was a straight A student but that still didn’t do anything for her rep. When everyone got to homeroom all the teachers talked about who was murdered and how. Usually they don’t care, but this was huge. Two students had been strangled and stabbed; stabbed three times, twice in the chest and once in the stomach. From the trail of blood they left behind Ray knew that the killer had trapped them. When they were found they were in the dumpster. Ray laughed slightly at this. “That’s where they belong,” She said, and laughed slightly more. Some kids looked at her and weren’t surprised at the comment she made, but some started to cry because they were close friends to these students.
After sometime they started to work on real work. Ray finished within the first ten minutes. She needed more of a challenge. She was a smart student you could say but she doesn’t look it of course. When the bell rang she was the last to leave since well they pushed her around. When she noticed the teacher not doing anything to help her she huffed and just left.
Second class wasn’t the best ether because everyone was talking about the murder and how much they will be missed and blah blah. She yawned when they turned to her and asked her, “How come your acting like nothing ever happened here I mean two students just got killed! And you’re acting like they didn’t!”
Ray simply said, “I find it not such a big deal. If you can’t let go of the past you won’t have a future so just drop it.”
They all looked at her and frowned but they knew she was right but the face’s made Ray laugh slightly. “Ray how can you be so mean?” Ray sat up and looked at the person who had asked the stupid question. “Easy as one, two, three.” When she said three she sat back down and splashed her water bottle all over the person. She laughed slightly and went to work. “Yet she’s a straight A student I don’t get it.” Ray looked up and sighed slightly and frowned. They did have a point she was a good student just her personality told other wise.
At lunch it wasn’t any better she looked around and everyone huffing at her and swore at her for being so dam cold hearted. When she looked around for a table to sit she noticed that all they were taken so she went outside in the rain and got soaked. When she came inside everything just laughed slightly at her. “Cooled down yet?” they asked her as she entered the classroom.
[******** off.” She said and took her seat. Ray thought this isn’t far; she shouldn’t be the one to go threw this. It didn’t make sense she was trying to cope with it herself but she seemed to get bulled by the way she was doing it. When school was over she sighed and waited for her ride. When it didn’t show she phoned her moms cell and no one answered and she huffed all the way home.
“Mom I’m home.” She said but no one answered but she heard a creak. When she looked around she saw blood on the grounded and she started to scream. She heard another creak and she sighed trying to think maybe if she’s sleeping or not.
“ok, this is a dream this is just a nightmare that my mind is making me have from the murders at school, yes that makes more sense then anything else!” she said trying to resure herself. It wasn’t work since her whole body was shaking so bad she had to sit down before her knees just gave out. She looked around and looked at were the blood was and bent down near it and put some on the tips of her fingers.
“Wow this is so realistic.” She whispered in almost a whiney tone. She wanted to cry so badly but she kept the thought that this was a dream. Even though this wasn’t a dream this was real. As she went upstairs, knowing it could be the biggest mistake of her life. When she got to her bedroom and closed her eyes tight. She opened her door and opened her eyes and saw nothing and she let out a huge breath. Ray went to her mother’s room and did the same thing. This time though there was blood on the bed, oh dear lord! She thought to herself and a few tears went down her cheeks. When she looked around there wasn’t anymore blood anywhere but the bed.
Ray then went to the bathroom and screamed so loud the mirror almost broke. “MOM!” she screamed as she saw her mother’s body lying in the bathtub. “Oh mother, oh god!” she whined so loud. She then heard another creak and turned around to see a tall figure smiling evily at her.
