No matter how mature I become, I will always act like a child near a bowl of oatmeal.

Step 1: Stare at the bowl of gray mush for a few seconds.

Step 2: Poke the mush.

Step 3: Inspect the mush by sniffing it.

Step 4: Back away from the bowl.

Step 5: Stare at the mush and scurry away when a bubble pops.

Step 6: Hurry back to the bowl.

Step 7: Battle the bowl of mush with your spoon.

Step 8: Realize that you can't win and give it to the dog.

Step 9: Wonder where the dog went.
