Our Younger Days...
Our Younger Days... I wish to be Boy 1/Dominant  [A] small town. A town with no hopes or dreams, a town only with the likes of wandering souls. There is a small school to accompany the small town, along with the main attraction of a lake surrounded by miles of open grass and trees. This beauty was the only thing that kept many of its inhabitants from leaving. For the select few, it was the money issue, for individuals in this town were quite poor. It almost always rains, except for the occasional days.
Two boys, from two totally different worlds. Boy 1 has always lived in the small town, though grew up with a difficult lifestyle. His father fan out on him and his mother when he was young, and money was always an issue for them. It wasn't soon after when his mother began to drink, and became extremely abusive to Boy 1. Due to his beatings Boy 1 secludes himself from anything, and anyone. Everyone who attends the same school as him believes him to be 'strange' and 'wierd' because all he does is read, and never speaks to anyone. Truth be told, most were frightened of his cold outward appearance.
Boy 2 grew up quite the opposite of Boy 1, with wealth galore. He was spoiled to no end and lived in a large city with his loving mother and father. However, Boy 2 is certainly not perfect. He's scrawny, and often gets picked on because of his size. It's not his fault, for Boy 2 has had a terrible disease that enables him to do any sort of athletical activity without risking coughing blood or passing out, although he absolutely adores soccer. At first his parents thought of it as no more than a childish sickness, though through his first years at grade school proved to be more difficult. Boy 2 has to be constantly moderated, for with growing age the clock upon his lifeline ticks. The doctors were even surprised that he lived past toddler ages, each moment of his being a complete shock, for even an emotional sufferage could set him off. Though Boy 2 has high spirits, and attempts to be indimidating despite his size, his condition continues to worsen, and in effort to cure their child, Boy 2's parents decided to move away from the city. Where? To none other than the small town Boy 1 lives in, neighbor to Boy 1 actually, in a medium sized apartment.
I want to start off the roleplay with Boy 2's first day of fifth grade, the same grade and class as Boy 1. Boy 2 recieves a lot of attention because he is rich, attention he had never been given before. Most likely, Boy 2 will spot Boy 1 because he is the only one not paying any mind to him, and from his classmates who speak of not going near Boy 1.
