eh, just 4 peeps 2 know, i changed my idea for a novel. i'm no longer writing my old stuff so here's da beginning of da new one....
Yes. Everything had been ready for them. They had waited paitently for months now to put their experiment into action. Oh! All those days full of dread and dullness, just waiting for the day to end, but never hoping for the new one to begin. And yes, all the days inside that one small room; and now, they were free. So why did this sense of freedom turn Stephanie down and make her think of nothing but hate? She did not understand it. Neither did Korina. And now, this glorious day was just as terrible as all the others. Korina pulled on her sleeve and pointed to a window. Ah yes, she thought, that again. ugh.
"Stephanie, you know we've been waiting for this opportunity for many years. Now, we have a real live one!"
“Well y'know just as well as I do that the public freaks out if they ever hear anything about unhuman creatures."
"This fella hid himself pretty well. See?" Korina pointed to the small lab window. Stephanie saw a body huddled up in the corner of the room. It looked like a man no older than herself.
"Are you sure its not human?" she asked wearily. To her, it looked like a normal person.
"Ah, don't let your eyes deceive you," Korina grinned and turned on a bright light above the creature. It began to shake violently as if it were having a seizure and began to scream.
"What're you doing to it?" Stephanie was horrified at the suffering Korina was putting the creature through.
All of a sudden, the creature stood up, screaming and tearing at the walls of the lab.
"Help me! Oh the light! It hurts!" Stephanie could hear what it was saying. She watched it as it stood there. She gaped at it for a moment. It looked human with black hair, green eyes, and pale white skin.
"Korina, I think you're really gonna hurt him!" Stephanie said worriedly. She knew how much damage Korina could do. She had been her partner on other occasions that had eventually ended putting them in jeopardy. She knew that they didn’t need to get in trouble again, and that was all this experiment would do.
Korina sighed and flipped off the light. The creature fell to the ground and lay there for a long time breathing heavily.
“Is it gonna be okay?” Stephanie asked. She really thought Korina’s violent experiments had to end, or they’d end up trying to cover up another freaky, dead body. It was just vile.
