senior year.
as i would assume all of my friends have vanished.
they call their names out and to the rest its just one more name. just one more diploma.
but to me these kids changed my life.
and my heart.
my mind.
and my destiny.
they are gone.
i would expect to feel refreshed
and happy for them
now that they can go on and spread their joy.
i only thought of them.
i never expected this to be so...
incredibly lonely.
