Prompt Number
Two; Your sister has had a spat with you. What did you do to upset her? How do you deal with your little fight, and what will you do to apologize/make up with your sister?
Prompt Response
Again his sister had decided to rebel against their mother, running away from her in the middle of their training. This had happened many times before but it was starting to become an annoyance to even him, seeing as he was the one who raced after her. Just seeing the disappointment on his mother face was enough for him to leave and chase after her, but this time he wouldn’t keep him mouth shut when tears started to pour.
Paws raced across the ground as fast as they could, slowly moving him closer to his sister. This was going to be the last time she ran off on their training. She obviously didn’t notice their mothers face when she left and he most certainly wasn’t going to allow her to be oblivious of it.
Nearing his now stationary sister the little blue lion cleared his throat, approaching her slowly, being careful not to startle her. It wouldn’t do him again good to have her freaking out because he ‘scared’ her.
“Amaryllis?” Brown eyes bore into hers calling her attention to him more so than her actual name. “Why did you run off again? Mother is getting sick of it, I can see it in her face; disappointment. “Allowing the words to sink into his sisters thick skull the blue lion finally continued. “I thought you wanted to prove yourself. If you did, this is most certainly not the way to do it.”
Backing up from his sister he watched as a mix of terror and rage filled her chest and face. She did not like hearing that, especially not from one of the brothers. It had to be done though, and as he stood still, readying himself, he felt the sting of claws cut at his face. There would be no tears forming in his eyes, nor would there be a sorry given for his words. She needed to learn from her actions, which hopefully will help her grow into a better lioness.
