Flames of velvet.
Twisting, spiraling, call you,
Staring at its beauty your heart flew,

Poisonous and deadly,
To yuor eyes, its beauty bares,
To your heart,
Its poison ensnares,

Beckoning, you reach out,
brush its petals, free of doubt,

You take its stem,
Pull back in screaming pain,
Heart torn at the hem,

Should've walked away from this rose,
But its beauty had you completely froze,

Waiting for it to die,
watching from bud to hilt,
While your the one,
After all this time, who has wilt,
