Well, my rabbit Copper died today. He was about to be 8 years old, which is insanely old for a dwarf rabbit. He had a good, long life, so that eases the blow.

Lv. 1 run update: I've beaten 35 missions, putting me over the 1/3 of the way through the game mark. I haven't really had any problems. Because of my fetish for seeing every attack in the hardest difficulty, I'm just insanely good at dodging, blocking, and generally keeping myself alive. Even the Antlion has fallen.
It might actually get a smidge easier for the next few missions, because Autolife became available in the Moogle Shop. I bought it and installed it immediately. All I need now is three Ability Units and the proper gear, and I'll be able to draw Second Chance out of a weapon that has that locked ability. Even at really advanced missions, with that, plenty of Cures, and Autolife, I'll be able to survive many hits without dying. I have two Ability Units. The third is in the Moogle Shop, so I'll get that as soon as I get enough Heart Points. (Chaining is really hard at Lv. 1, despite having killed every Heartless I've come up against so far.) I'll look up what Gear(s) have Second Chance sealed within them later. Hopefully they won't be too far down the road.
