Tome of the King
...Yeah, the name is a bit much, but I'm kinda drawing a blank. Long story short, I'm just gonna write about whatever I feel like. I'll try to keep it about Gaia or videogames, but don't be suprised if an actual feeling or two leaks out in here.
Proper telling of Kingdom King vs. Xehanort *SPOILERS*
Trying to beat all the Minigames in Disney Town. I hope to finish Ven's story between now and Saturday night.
In all my excitement of work, school, and BBS, I didn't properly tell the story of me vs. Old Man Xehanort and Vanitas.
First of all, when they were playing the low def version of the BBS preview battle, I still winced every time one of our boys (or girl) took a blow. Once Terra rode back up to the top of the cliff, I knew I was going to get to fight him. I wasn't sure if I'd have to wait for the PS3 game to fight the Old Man or not. But once I saw that, I knew it was going down. I'd been looking forward to this ever since that midnight three years ago when I first saw him. I said outloud, and I quote:

"Oh, I have been waiting a LONG time for this. Now, I will annihilate you once and for all...YOU'RE MIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINE!!!!!" And with that sudden fit of rage, I clashed with both Vanitas and Xehanort. It was pretty crazy for a bit, but the Old Man was pretty flighty. I think I might've scared him. Vanitas got the brunt of my assault, and then he had the nerve to bail on our battle! Of course, Terra went after him, but the Old Man blocked him. I trusted Aqua to take care of Vanitas, said to Xehanort "I wouldn't have it any other way," and with that, I commenced with the battle I'd been dreaming about for what seems like forever: Me and the Old Man in a one on one fight to the death. Of course, I stopped to see what all he could do, and I'm pleased to say that he can do EVERYTHING he could in the BBS Preview. It was amazing. He even could make huge pillars of rock to smash you a million feet into the air. Finally, I cut him down. And then...it happened. The thing that so many people saw coming that somehow no one saw it coming: Xehanort possessed Terra, and became his younger counterpart through him. But then came the one thing that I didn't see coming in a million years: Terra wanted to stop Xehanort so badly that his armor pieced itself together and started moving on it's own. It was kneeling in the exact same position as Terra in the Final Mix... The Lingering Spirit!

Needless to say, the rest was history. I took on Xehanort again in his young form, and the guy never stood a chance with me and the LS forming a team. Shoot Lock had him on his a** before he even knew what had happened. And with that, Xehanort was done for...supposedly. Somehow, he had to have survived that, since, you know, the rest of the Kingdom Hearts series exists. I'm looking forward to finding how he pulled that one off. And so, Lingering Spirit Terra rests at the Keyblade Graveyard for what might be eternity, until I can find a way to get his body back. Which, you know, might be a little difficult since I utterly pulverized it as Xemnas. Whoops. Well, I'll find a way in PS3KH, I'm sure. :3

This had me laughing harder than I have in a while.
