The leader of the organization, but from our reports, not the most powerful. Despite his heavily armored body, he needs none of it, because Raath is ethereal, as a ghost, or a mist is, making it nigh impossible to do damage. The only thing that can hit him is pure, raw energy, which only a few select members can harness. One of them is Xero.
