One gorgeous day in the Canadian mountains, a whole town lived peacefully and secure. No one knew what a cell phone or television was. Outside of town, there lived a family of five living on a glorious farm that grows everything the town needs. Well, the family consisted of one mother, one father, two little boys and one teenaged girl named Skyla. Now, this teenaged girl was different then the rest of the people in town, She believed in “Love”. Skyla believed that love is something when two people(man and women) loved each other and liked them for who they were. Now, Everyone calls her “retarded” and “stupid” for believing in Love Yet she never cared what the towns people said. One Cloudy afternoon, Skyla was lying on the grass out in the field feeling the nice breeze blowing on her face. Then, she heard a loud whisper saying “Skyla” in repeated over and over again till lightning Struck. She was shocked and clueless, Skyla kept thinking about the whisper she heard that afternoon. Summer finally past and now it was time for her to go back to school. Well like always she sat alone with one empty seat a crossed from her desk. When her teacher walked in the class room, Skyla noticed that a new boy walked in with her. He had short dark brown hair and he wore baggy pants and loose shirts. Well, the teacher introduced the new boy to the class, his name was Jesse. Skyla never heard the name Jesse before, she thought it was a pretty awesome name too. So, he came and sat right beside me and said “hi”. Skyla was shocked! No one ever said hi yet talked to her. She said shyly; “Hello welcome”. He said back; “Thank you”. Then the day went on like it always has been. She walked home regularly like everyday she would for seven years. While she was walking home she heard a yell right behind her. Skyla turned around to see Jesse running to catch up with her. But somehow she recognized that voice, it seemed that day when she was lying in the field and heard that noice was Jesse’s voice. So, she stopped to wait for him. Jesse caught up with her and they started walking together home. He asks; “hey again, what’s your name?” She answers; “my name is Skyla”. For the rest of the walk home they talked about each other. Finally they have reached Skyla’s farm. She askes; “well this is my farm. Where do you live?”. He answers: “I live about ten minutes away from here”. Well, She says; “oh cool, and I should probably go now so I will talk to you tomorrow at school”. He says calmly; “Yep bye”.
That night she heard her name being called out again, Skyla just ignored it. The next day at school Jesse and her talked once again. Everyone was shocked that someone was actually talking to Skyla. This went on for about a half a year till Jesse asks Skyla; Hey do you want to come over to my farm tomorrow, It’s Saturday it would be fun.”. Skyla replies; “Yeah sure”. That Saturday at Jesse’s was really quit fun. They talked and he showed her around their farm. That night when she was home in her bed sleeping the voice had come again but this time, Jesse’s figure was standing right in front of her bed glowing brightly like a light bulb. Skyla opened her eyes and saw that bright Jesse figure standing there whispering her name over and over again. She said Calmly; “Jesse is that you?”. The voice was still there saying her name, then about one minute later it started to fade away. The next day Skyla told Jesse about what happened that past night. He had no clue what that was, But he truly knew about it but didn’t want to scare Skyla. The past few nights nothing happened. It continued for about a month. At school, there was going to be an end of the year dance. Skyla knew there was no point on going if no one was going to ask her. Then she thought of Jesse asking her but Skyla knew he would never ask her. Like always she would ignore the dance. Jesse asked Skyla if she was going to the dance. She answers; “No I never go to the dances”. He got all calm and asked; “well, Do you want to go with me?”. Skyla was surprised, No guy ever asked her out to the dance. She said shock fully; “ Umm sure why not”. That past week went by like always till the dance had come. Skyla wore some jeans and a blouse that day and Jesse wore his everyday clothes baggy everything except he wore a hat today. Hours past really fast like some days would be. Finally at the end of school Jesse and Skyla waited for the dance to start so they could go in and enjoy themselves together. For the rest of the night they talked like always to each other. Almost when the dance was over Jesse Asks Skyla; “ Skyla do you want to dance?”. Skyla replies; “Uhhh Sure… Why not”. They danced together fro the rest of the dance then finally walked home together like they would do at the end of school. But then Jesse hears a noice coming from a field. It sounded like a
Grizzly Bear. Skyla looks behind them and she sees a Bear running for them. Jesse Says” SKYLA RUN”. Skyla begins to run but shes wondering what Jesse was going to do. She runs hone panting from all the running and waits in the field so she could see if Jesse got away. Skyla waited there for about an hour till she was getting cold. She could see this bright glowing figure again. IT WAS JESSE. She ran to him but went right through his body. She stares at the glowing body. It Says; “Skyla I love you’”! Then it disappeared once again. She Ran inside crying. Skyla was worried about Jesse now. The past few days Jesse didn’t come to school. It ended up being for a month. Skyla got tiered of waiting for Jesse to come. So after school she ran to Jesse’s farm and began to knock on the door. Jesse’s mom answers the door and says; “Hey Skyla what are you doing here?”. she answers; “Hi wheres Jesse?”. She says; “He’s not in right now, you must come back later to see him.”. Skyla leaves Jesse’s Farm wondering what happened? Did Jesse die? She didn’t know. That night she was sitting on the door step crying and thinking all about Jesse. Then she saw that glow again out in the field. She ran towards in when it kept getting farther and Father away from her. Skyla closed her eyes just for one second till she opened them she wasn’t running our outside. She was in Jesse’s room where he was waiting for her. Skyla asks Jesse; “Jesse how’d I get here”? There was no answer. All of a sudden Jesse Disappears then reappeared again but behind Skyla. He wraped his arms tightly around Skyla and whispers; “Skyla I love you, I have been watching you ever since you were born, we are meant to be together Ever since that moment you appeared in this Cruel world. He puts his head on Skyla’s shoulder. Skyla Starts tearing up and says; “Jesse what happened that night with the bear”? He answers; “ Look under us”. Skyla looks down and sees a portal thing open and it’s showing what happened. Jesse had killed the bear.
Then the portal closed and she saw the bear rug. She was surprised what he had done for her. She asks; “Jesse and how did you watch me when I was born”?
He says; “Well Skyla, listen… I have magic powers. I have came from another world to be with you. So please don’t take this seriously”. Skyla Replies; “ Jesse why would I be serious? that’s just Really Sweet of you”. Jesse Grins and starts dancing with Skyla. They danced happily for twenty minutes then Jesse makes his move and starts kissing Skyla. She actually liked it. Then he disappeared again behind her and holds her tightly again. Then starts kissing her neck very Shyly. That night will be in Skyla’s heart forever and with her new boy friend Jesse.
They got married happily and had one child and proudly named her Jessica.
And guess what! Ever since that happened the towns people started to believe in “love” too.
