The Blackest of Dahlias

In a distant future lay the Dahlia which consumed their lives. It had been so long ago since they had figured out that they were going to be together, forever. The 5 girls had screeched with delight.Now, it was to late to go back and fix it, and they wished that they had never even SEEN the Dahlia which had consumed and destroyed their OLD lives. They were now re-born, and able to live their teenage lives to the MAX!!!! But, I AM one of those 5 girls. My name is Orchid, and here is our story:



Tigerlilly woke as her alarm went off. As she looked at the time, she noticed her window was open. Strange, Lilly thought, I don't remember opening that window. Perhaps Rose was in her room again. Lilly wouldn't be surprised,she knew that any chance Rose got, she'd complain "Your room feels like an oven!!! You should open your window, you can die that way!." Lilly cracked a small smile. "Oomph," she grunted as her small Tabby, Feenyx, barreled her over. "Feenyx, stop it!" she laughed as she licked her face. Lilly went over to the small vanity mirror where her personal things were kept. She looked back at perfect caramel skin, natural brunette hair, electric green eyes, and straight white teeth." Now, what to wear at my first day of college? Green mini plus the tan halter, or the Robin egg blue top and the aqua match? And speaking of Robin, why hasn't he called yet? she said out loud as she put on her second choice. Now Robin, he was very very HOT! he had the bluest eyes,honey skin,natural black hair, a 6 pack, and long legs. Intriguing huh?
Problem is,he's been going out with Lilly since the beginning of High School. Rumor had it, they were going to get married soon. Anyway, back to Lilly. Lilly got into her Moonbeam silver Toyota Carola and drove the full 6 and 1/2 miles to UT, aka University of Texas. As she parked her beloved car, her cell rang Bittersweet,by Within Temptation. She picked up the I-phone."Hey Orchid." she sang to her sister, " What's going on?" " Have you seen Rose, Daisy, or Poppy yet?" Orchid replied nervously. " No, why? Is there something wrong? Because if there is, you better state it!!!" There was a long pause. "Orchid?" Lilly spoke softly. "Just trust me!! I got the strangest call stating you me and the others are some sort of Guardian of the Dahlia, whatever that is!! I just want to make sure it wasn't some sort of prank call." Orchid spoke harshly. "Strange," Lilly replied, "I got the same call last night. Let's just ignore it." Orchid pondered this for a moment. "Okay, let's ignore it."
