It was 2077, and New York bustled alone liek any other city. The people went about their lives and tried to live peacefully and avoid drama. But it seemed it was a fleeting dream when they finally seemed to achieve the peace. The waves crashed on the beaches for months, and the cars slowly began to fade and the many crowds of people did as well. New York city seemed to go into a dream like state. But was this truly what peace looked like? The rest of the world, frightened by what had happened to New York, began to try and destroy the government and raid the White House. The president and the rest of his followers went into hiding, working behind the scenes while New York remained in it's peaceful state, a war raged around it. Bombs were dropped, and guns were fired constantly. And when the war reached New York, it woke the people and brought them to their feet in anger. The people of New York whose peace had been stolen from them for no reason became the most feared city of killers and such and soon the world was barren and gone.

Atomic bombs contaminated the water and left radiation all over. People died from the radiation and the buildings began to crumble quietly with no humans there to repair them. What appeared to be though was not true, amongst the rubble of New York were people who learned how to live. Though fully human, and having flesh and such just like any other, they learned how to survive from feasting off corpses and such from murdered humans. As the remaining sane humans were slowly picked off by these adapted people, the world was spiraled into what was called the era of the zombies and cannibals. Feared and frusrated to have lost everything they worked for the surviving humans of New York slowly sent out radio signals to meet at New York's largest city mall. Roosevelt field mall. Promised clean water, food, ammo, and weapons this is the story of the humans who tried to get to a haven for themselves, where they could rebuild their city.
