A blinding light shines through the door when he opens it. My eyes painfully adjust to the sudden light when it shines through.
"Here we are." he says with an emotionless tone. He didn't even shield his eyes when the light shone through. It was directly in his face! What is he?...
"What I am is of no importance. What you are, however....." He walks inside the blinding light leaving me alone in the hallway. "Hey! Wait up!." I shout to him as I walk through the blinding light also. "Ahhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!"
I'm falling. I don't know how or why, but I'm falling. Clouds pass by me as I fall. I can't believe that I'm falling from nowhere. How is this possible?!
"Fly!" the guy says as he falls next to me. But he's not falling. He's floating! How? "Use the power you possessed when you protected yourself." he tells me as if I know how to do it off the back.
"I don't know if you've noticed, but I don't know how to do that!" I exclaim as I continue to fall through the air.
"Think like a bird." he tells me. And just as fast as he says that he disappears through a cloud leaving me to my death......
