Having chest pains. They hurt like hell, and they shoot up through my ribs and up my neck, and in my arms. I dont know what the hell is wrong with me. I guess it is what I deserve, for whatever reason that I dont know. I wish they would stop. Sometimes I wake up in so much pain, I cry until I fall asleep again. If only I could end my suffering, alas, i can not. I have plans for the future... which can not be obtained if I die.
