IT IS DEFINITELY NOT SAFE TO EAT SUGARY FOODS ALL DAY.
e.g sugary cereal

sugary.... CANDY
and even when you drink heaps of water and eat fruit and veg for the next two days.... YOU'RE STILL SCREWED. Major headache and tummy ache eh.
