That's right people I'm now doing a series in my journal explaining the behind the scenes about my most popular rp. First I'm gonna explain about the characters and how much they've progressed through the whole series. I think naturally that the fist post should be about the main character: Danny.

Danny
There is loads to say about this character and how he progressed through the series. At the start of the series we see him as this innocent 14 year old boy who never saw his father. We also see how socially awkward he can be when he wasn't with Lu. When he does get his powers he is obviously shocked but also happy about it. We had trouble in the first rp with people who come and make their own story and just leave for no reason. Hehe, soon it was just Lulu Musique and I carrying on the story. We soon see Danny getting more used to being a half ghost and he matures faster because of this.
Now at age 15 he is seen as a sorta bad boy that loves to pick a fight with others. He's more powerful and he can use his powers much better but he's still an immature boy and he's still rather naive. He's now somewhat arrogant and indulges himself on his ghost powers. Because of that we hardly see him in his human form for the rest of the story.
Going on to age 16 he has now matured and is still a sorta badass princely character. Because of a vision he saw it tore both him and his child hood love apart. The result was that he stayed in the Ghost Realm for an entire year while Lu trained at the evil government facility. That was crossing the line. Thinking that she "betrayed" him Danny goes into a rage and eventually ends up nearly killing her. This of course is also significant to the storyline since he had struggled to keep his humanity alive.
Danny, showing of his maturity forgives Lu for what she has done to him. Although at this late stage in the story it's hardly happy. In fact, this is probably the darkest part of it. Danny loses the strong bond that he once had with his mom because of his year of absence and even lost his virginity to ease some of the pain. However this really does nothing for him and just makes him feel more hallow.
The worst part of his life, in my opinion is when he nearly kills Lu again as he transforms into a nearly full ghost. The result is a killing machine that has no humanity and thus no regret. This matures Danny in so many ways that I couldn't list at all. He not only bonds with his ghost father but even restrengthens the bond that he had with Lu. Eventually his love for humans and his pride for being half human is what allows him to destroy his enemy. At the end of the story we see a mature and responsible main character who still has to take a bunch of crap but he does so with a strong heart.
This character is only one of the deep ones that crawl around in the TGC storyline.
