There's a whole fricken crisis goin' on in Gaia, and we're not a part of it! Why are we not a part of it!

Zapook runs into the lounge, pushing Zee off of the couch and swiping the remote at the same time, switching it away from the mundane cartoons that happened to be on to a news channel.

...Zapook, You have two seconds to explain why you want to cut your life short.

Shush. Vamps. News. Now.

After about 60 minutes of silence, they learned about the mogul's death, the missing son, and the attack on a demi god, as well as the hordes of people setting out to meet it. Zee's ears perked up at the sight of the wounded creature. The three of them turned toward each other, and the silence was enough kill. Yet it still led up to two inevitable things; Tina's sympathetic tears for the demi god, and Zapook calling Barton officials for the details on renting/owing an airship.


Several hours later, Zapook and Tina were both standing outside of Zee's Door. Which is locked. With a pissed off cat girl on the other end.

Sister-dear, we should try! Many people are voyaging out to the poor distressed thing to help and show their support! We should try to as well!

C'mon Zee! You were the one that said you were bored! Now are you gonna come with us? Or not!

Zee thought to herself, a grin slowly spreading over her face as she swung her door open, a finger raised.
Here's the deal, I will go on two conditions. One, you don't question how I get supplies or food. And two, I get to be captain.

Zapook stared dumbfounded at Zee's demands.

...You're serious, aren't you? You're actually serious about that.

Let her be captain. We accept, sister. Now will you come with us?

Fine. What's our ship look like?

We'll get to that later. For now we got some issues. One being that they won't let us get off the ground if we don't have 5 crew-members, and that doesn't include a guide.

A guide? What the hell do we need a guide for? You're as good a navigator as any pro out there.

I appreciate the flattery, but me being a good navigator doesn't tell me where to find a giant floating jellyfish who's head is on fire.

Point taken. So there's three of us, who else are we taking?

Ray's looking into the whole bounty hunter thing right now, and Ekone's to stay here. He's the only person that all pets are cool with.

And Yinxao is much too wild for a ship setting such as that.

Yeah... What about Onima?

Hold up, Yinxao's too wild? But Onima isn't?

Onima's wild, yes, but at least Onima listens to us.

She is absolutely right. I second the motion of bringing Onima with us.

What is this, Congress? ...Fine. We'll bring Onima. We're still down one though.

There is always Aussa...

You know what, we never bring her anywhere. Aussa it is. Now, next big question. When are we leaving?

The ship won't make it 'til tomorrow. We can head to Barton in the morning.

Awesome. In that case, I'm gonna catch a nap and then catch a meal.
