He took her hand and smiled. She looked deep into his eyes. Those eyes she knew for so many years looked so sad now. He leaned forward and whispered something into her ear. She barely heard him but she understood. He pulled her into a strong embrace, and they stood there taking in eachother for it was their last moments together. Around them, the soldiers fought harder and harder, until an explosion engulfed the soldiers and the two into ash and flames...
