We humans have taken so much from the world around us and the beautiful creatures who share it.
"Take my fin and I shall teach you to swim." Said the graceful dolphin.
Together dolphin and human harmonize in the waters gentle embrace.
"Take my wing and I shall teach you to fly." Calls the proud eagle.
Hanging tight to the silken feathers, the human flys to the unexplored heavens.
"Take the song from my throat and I shall teach you to sing." Promises the majestic wolf.
Hugging the wolfs neck, the human listens as the pack howls to the moon.
But soon the waters turned red, the skys clouded with black smoke, and the moon stopped hearing the songs at night.
"Why will you not teach me?" Asks the human.
"Take my life and I can no longer teach you what knowledge I have to offer." Whispers the spirits of the earth.
