Sera's Public Journal
If you don't like it, don't comment on it. I might vent or rant. I'm not immune to certain stresses, and this doesn't really help. You CAN NOT and WILL NOT hold me responsible if you're a subject of this journal. Cmon, it's not like anyone will know.
Asian Art Museum.
What a day! I’m already going to tell you, I spent less than 25 of my 150 dollars, 70 of which that I brought with me. And seeing as 2 days ago it was Friday, I got 10 bucks, so that leaves me at… 135 dollars to spend on other things. Hooray! On my trip today up to San Francisco, we went to the Asian Art Museum to see the exhibit on Japanese screens. Some had calligraphy, some had flowers, some had animals and people, and a few just had objects or places. Nearly all of them had gold or silver painted or pounded on. Some of them dated back to the 1990s, others went back as far as the Heian period. ALL were beautiful in their own special way. Mom joked about getting one to put in my room… Fat chance, I barely have enough room for anything. XD We went to the store in the museum afterwards and I chose an incense set, which Mom reluctantly let me buy. (She’s allergic.) It contained Shoyeido’s (Want some? Go to http://www.shoyeido.com/category/zen-incense . It’s wonderful!) Kin-kaku (Golden Pavilion. Contents: Cinnamon, Sandalwood, Clove, Patchouli, Benzoln, and spice. My current favorite.) Incense, and Kyo-Zakura (Kyoto Cherry Blossom. Conents: Sandalwood, Cinnamon, Rhubarb, Benzoin, Clove, and spice. I don’t like it just from the scent so far, maybe it’tl smell better when I burn it. ) incense, with a little blue bowl as a stand. I’ll probably get a different one when I find one. I’ve heard of ones being shaped like cats and that makes me very excited. I also when I was in the store saw Netsuke for sale. One of them in particular got my attention… A cat, in a kimono, in a pose as if it was dancing on its hind legs. I didn’t get it though, because I had no more room for those little things in my room. XD After we left the museum, we walked around 5 blocks from Civic Center to Union Square, where we went to the West Field San Fran Shopping Center, where they had a Sanrio and a Hot Topic. The Hot Topic there sucked. No gothic stuff. Just T-shirts, belts, hoodies, a few kinds of make-up. Mabye Gothic and Punk stuff isn’t that popular up there. The stuff that caught my attention was overpriced, too. 45 dollars for a Gir hoodie? (I had only brought a sweater and my Mom lent me her scarf, but I was still cold.) No thank you. I had to get my membership card renewed because the old system they had now was outdated. This one’s a lot easier. I just carry my card around in my wallet, and whenever I walk in, I’ll just swipe it and get discount points. It’ll remember my birthday, too! I’ll probably go back around that time. We didn’t get anything there, regardless, and we took a break to have a snack… Italian soda (Strawberry.), Panini, and a muffin (Chocolate, and I split it.) I decided to get some stationary supplies from Sanrio. Ended up buying 4 sets of putty erasers, 2 to a set, (Peach with Cherry, Grape with Soda, Strawberry with Vanilla, and Cherry with Orange. I know have 2 cherries, but I can just share it.  ) and bubblegum. (3 packs of Strawberry, 3 packs of Peach. They make the BEST bubblegum. BIGGEST BUBBLES EVER! Even if the flavor doesn’t retain easily and it crumbles a bit until you chew well.) On the way home there were apparently some women stripping down to their socks and underwear on the streets near Union Square (Mabye to help fund a cure for AIDS and HIV, or maybe they were just nuts…), but I didn’t see it. Talk about a REAL Tits or GTFO! I played Kirby Superstar Ultra on the way back, FINALLY beat the last boss in Meta Knightmare. (I love that game. Meta Knight’s probably my favorite character.) and we saw a crazy lady from Belmont wandering around dressed in paper covered with what my Mom told me was info on “conspiracies” with aliens and the government and other things. Naturally, we both knew she was off her rocker. I was told there was articles of her in the paper about how she used to live in Belmont, wrote stuff on the conspiracies on the roof of her house, lost her house, was banned from walking around the streets with her signs in Belmont, and now she’s taken to walking the corners near the 280 Whipple Exit. I was really relieved to be home, because my feet were hurting and being pinched from standing all day in my new Croc Mary-Janes. I cleaned up my room a bit to make room for my new incense in the bathroom. Hopefully it’tl help my bathroom and room from smelling like the girls’ bathroom at school!

You still going to read it? Ok.
On another note: I saw those baby-swinging movies that were taken off of youtube but are now on ebaum’s world and other sites. All I have to say about it, either it’s an elaborate hoax and a plea for attention, or it’s real. And in the case that the lattermost is true, I don’t give two shits. My reasoning? It’s a goddamn kid for chrissake, we’re all going to die in 2012, and the truth is you shouldn’t even be conceiving if we’re all going to die. It doesn’t stop, then we’re going to have kids that will be born seconds before the apocalypse, then die. So it doesn’t matter. Either way, even if 2012 is a lie, it’s just a baby. If it dies, we can eat it. (ROFLMAO.) Good for you. Just put it in a blender and make a smoothie. biggrin It’d prevent overpopulation. TAKE ACTION, BEFORE YOU HAVE TO PAY A TAX FOR CONCEPTION. DO IT, AND DO IT NAO.
