Okay, since currently, it's selling for around 620k, what is the least you would be willing to accept for it? Depending on the price, I could probably give you half of it up front, and the rest on a weekly basis, after I do some booty grabbing.

It sounds fine. And what I normally do, when I make an arrangement like this with someone, is I put the pm into my Journal as a precaution. I will also keep track of how much they paid me and when, so if they ask I'll be able to tell them. You might want to do that with this message. I'll send the trade now with 300k in it.
