drink alot of water. take some ibuprofen if u get a fever. drink sprite if you like carbonated drinks b/c it doesnt hav cafeine. get plenty of sleep. if you get another sore throat stir a table spoon of salt into a glass of warm water and gargle it. you can also gargle pickle juice. or you can make a cup of hot tea. add lemon and 2 spoons of honey then take a nap. sleep really helps you recover the best. be sure to sleep in a room that has a little moisture in the air you can set a pan of water beside your bed so you can breath small amounts of moisture. or u can get a air humidifier. eat crackers. small portions to build your apetite back.
