ONCE A PUPPET, BUT NOW IM FREE
I watch the sky as the rain runs down my face
hiding my tears from the world
you left me,gave me up for another
my world has fallen apart
and im broken
like a puppet without strings
im fading away, my memories slipping,fading,disappearing
don't know who i am, who i was, or who i wanted to be
i dream of the days when we were together and cry.
i cry,not for the lose of you,never again will i cry for you,
i cry for myself and who Ive become
Ive become a puppet, and you the puppeteer
the tears Ive shed for you and the lies Ive told for you make no differnce
you still dont love me,never did
you left me and im alone, but im free now
free of your rules and laws, free to think for myself and act on my own
i can walk without you now, breath without you now.
im free,
Ive broken my strings,Broken away from you
i am not your puppet any more, you are not my puppeter
i smile in the rain and start to sing
i sing,

no strings to bind me here
i can walk and breath on my own now.
not a puppet anymore and you are not my puppeter.
