Chapter 1
The first day of school started after the winter break started at January seventh. The weather in Idiana was still cold, and snow was still on the ground in the small town of Rehen. A door opens on the small street of whisper, and a semingly normal 18 year old girl walks out in a long black coat and large black boots with pink laces. her back pback is in the shape of a small grey teddybear, it has stiches and a pink eyepacth. In the teddys belly are her normal school books for honors english, advanced science, and Geomety. the rest of her books she careies with her under her arm.
Afew blocks away from her house she stands at the street cornor waiting for her bus to arive. As she waits she combs her fingers through her long silvery hair, she had dy'd it last summer, and decided to keep dying it that way.
After a twenty minute bus ride she and the other students pile off the bus to run to there first class. Mika dosent push or shove like the others, instead she just walks off trying to avode contact, or getting trampled by the others as the run, sfriad to miss there first class.
Walking to her locker she lets her backpack slide off to one side and almost drags it across the floor till she arives at her locker. She aways got dirty jokes about her locker number, mostly by the jocks, or the preppy girls. "If only I didn't have locker 69". She would sometimes think this to herself, but always as she put in her combination she would think in a totaly diffrent way, as if she was the 6, the yin, and she was missing her 9, the yang. Sure she had friends, mabey it was cause she didnt have a mom, but it always felt like something else. As she took her long coat off and put it in her locker she felt herself knowing that she would be the center of atention with her new outfit. It was a black shirt with no sleaves, and a pink ribbon going up the back like a corset almost, she wore a knee high frilled out skirt that was black ontop with pink underneath. and on her legs were black and pink ribbons crossing up into her skirt. She had made the whole outfit by herself, and she was proud to finally have it done and be wearing it. Her jewlry was that of silver, that stood out on the blacks and pink, it all felt great to be wearing her new cloths, and finally to be back in school. Even though she didnt want people to know it, she was a bit of a nerd.
As she closed her her locker door with a small bang her heart almost skipped a beat as a boy with red hair walked past her, he didnt look her way, btu as she wacthed him in his black coat walk down the hallway she could tell there was something about this boy. but what shocked her even more was she had never saw himbefore. The bell rang witch startled Mika, she had no more time to run after the boy and ask his name, she had to get to class.
