today was my second vietnam flash back in my whole life my first was shortly after breaking my arm when i left san antonio and went to ft hood i was heading to the hospital to have a check up on my arm and i smelt blood and tasted blood and started to freak out and tried to jump out of a moving car my second was today i smelt and tasted blood and started to vomit then my healed broke arm felt like it snapped again but this time it felt like i was feeling the pain not like the first time i broke my arm i felt no pain the first time but it felt like it was trying to make up for that with the pain today
