IV. Competitive Position
The competitive position section should include a statement of how the business will position itself against its competitors.

My business plan to position against my costumers will be to keep it more local and family friendly ( to an extent) more of a business that is is known for its good people skills and not just being a tattoo shop. I also plan on staying a bit always from other competitors out of good spirits. I feel absolutely no need to step on others toes. I know our business will do well enough on its own two feet without being a pushy jerk about it.

V. Financial Position
The financial position section should summarize key financial points from the business plan. This section usually includes a summary of the funds required to start the business and a summary of projected income.

While opening this business there is going to be a total of $130,000.00. The cost of the building, fixing up the inside, bills, permits, equipment, and other necessities. If all goes as planned I hope to make $100,000.00 in the first year. Granted a good sum of that profit will be absorbed back into the business.

VII. Vision Statement
· The vision statement should be a statement about where the business will find itself in the future.

I hope to have been open for more than 10 years from now. I plan to open two more like it in a few years once the name spreads. I would like to expand to other states and many different places. I truly believe my business can make a name that many will surely recognize all over the country. With the blood sweat and tears I plan to instill in my business it wont fail.

What supplied and materials do I need to produce my products and/or services?

I will be in need of a building, chairs, gloves, ink, needles, cleaning supplies, work areas, employees, a lawyer, licenses, permits, and etc.. There will also be quite a few cost when it comes to the employees themselves. They all have to be licensed and do good work which will take a lot of time and effort.

Who are the best suppliers to provide the materials and supplied required for my business to produce the products and/or services? What suppliers will provide the best prices, quality, and delivery time?

From the research I've done I feel like the Technical Tattoo Supply Comp. They had the most defiantly best prices I could find.

Production (you may delete this category if you are NOT the actual producer of the products you offer)
What is the production time required to complete a customer order from order receipt to delivery?

The production time can run from any where to 20 minutes to coming back another day to finish the piece in someone.

III.    Sales and Marketing
How much time each month will you spend on marketing and promoting your business?

I would like to spend quite a bit of time on marketing and promotion in the begging. The best way to spread the word at first to talk a lot about it and get the name out there. But after awhile of doing extreme marketing its good to lie low and let the power of human contact take its track. When people are extremely pleased with there tattoo/ piercing the word spreads when people ask “Where did you get that awesome tattoo?”.

IV.Accounting
How will you keep accurate accounting records for your business?
Each piece will be recorded on a sheet of paper with each artist name at the top of a colum and in each row it will say the time from when we open to when we close and you must write down ever tattoo and piercing you do. If jewelry is sold you give the recit tp the manager or me and I will keep them all together. When there there is a credit card you will swipe it through to my account and the recite is to be made doubles.
