Okay so what I'm about to tell you is nothing really amazing or super secret, but all the info is a tad scattered so it helps for someone to just tell you all the little ways to increase your gold gaining techniques. (However keep in mind the more people who know, the less the recipe ingredients will be worth, they aren't worth what they used to be already, it would suck if it got worse.)

1) Your ghi meter should never be "0" to refill it you need to go to Barton town. (This meter is the "G" shaped one next to your stamina and health meters, in case you were wondering.) Ghi energy runs out on it's own at a steady rate, the longer you are away from Barton town, it affects your luck and thus affects your drop rates, plus it also gives you a Health bonus, which of course diminishes as your Ghi energy drops.

2) Rings, if your only farming or killing things that are pretty easy anyway, you may not need as many attack rings, thus allowing you to carry set's like the angelic set, which only has two attack rings, but will boost your luck levels and thus mean you get more drops and gold. Also rings like Stamina and Fortune's Favor give a luck bonus just by wearing them. (Not for sure, but Divinity might also do this, if it does it will mention it in the ring's information, though for that one you might have to actually use it on yourself and not just wear the ring.)

3) Enemies should always have their name in green when you select them, if they don't, that either means they are too strong for you, or that you are too strong for them. This will affect your drop rates, same goes for if you crew with someone who's CL is not quite right for that area, since you would be on their crew, their CL will affect your drop rates.

Now by doing these things you should get slightly more gold per kill, but also your going to get more recipe ingredients, which can be sold on the marketplace for even more profit. I hope all of this helps you out, and makes zOMG more profitable for you.
