I haven't done much of anything worth noting in my journal. So I'm just going to rant.
Oh, how I miss the old days of Gaia. Ian's hair was still blonde... Sasha was a Hawaiian hula girl and not a California Girl... The events weren't about competitions or gold but about community and fun...

But you're definitely right. It's about who has how much gold/cash/nice items, and they don't do much for the community. I remember when they'd do summer events just for the fun of it.
