But on a serious note, I just want you to know
How I feel because I know I don’t say it enough
And sometimes when I text I’m stupid enough
To not ignore, but glance over, your many little things
That I appreciate deep down, but don’t show appreciation for
And I’m sorry, and I know I should do it more.
So every time I forget to respond,
Let this be me letting you know that I love you
And that I’m sorry if I just glanced it over,
But deep in my heart I feel every little thing you say to me
And it means the world to have someone as amazing as you in my life
Making me feel so special.
