-got permit (finally) after waiting 2.5 hours
-partied at friend's house, one of my friends got his nails painted, refused to get mine painted, swimming canceled due to dumb thunderstorm, lost terribly in Mario Party 5, didn't read instructions, won in Mario Kart, failed in Brawl (sadly), played Uno (second place)
-ducks blocked road in morning
-saw bobcat leap out of bushes, couldn't get a picture....;;;
-squirrel barked at me, tempted to climb up the tree to scare it
-found nice song
