Yesterday was pretty much a bust. I lay down at around seven and slept until my brother got up at eight in the morning and then slept until ten o'clock again. I finally feel like I am awake and am not secretly longing for my bed, or an iced cap, in that order, and I have half a chance of not saying something truly dumb and making a bad impression.
Yesterday I did review a bit of math and I did get myself the book bag I needed.
Today it is raining heavily and the windows were open all through it and the window sills in my room were soaked so my day began with a roll and a half of paper towel. Ask me if this is a good thing. This is a VERY good thing. Our stupid cat eats and then gets into the window sill to groom every morning so if he is going to sick up that is where he does it. The result was that in the cracks of the window frame and in the paint was this hard dried on recycled cat food. I'd gotten up as much as I could but the residue was still there and repulsive. Eight hours of being soaked in a puddle means I finally managed to get it scraped out of all of the little cracks and nooks. smile Clean window sill! Score!!
Also I just enjoyable spend about a hundred and fifty gold buying stuff from the marketplace for my Gaia aquarium (no c) and I expect my fish will still be languishing in a barren wasteland where the seeds of life cannot find purchase but if I were one of my fish I would be very, very happy. I now have five plants. Mind you, three of them are kelp but that just makes it look biologically plausible, like a biome.
