Nero is about to make a smart a** comment until I start coughing. I grab my stomach. Nero grabs my shoulder, turning me on my side, and lifting a trash can. I taste the blood as I cough. Another hand is replaced by Nero's, I'm guessing Vergil's, as I countinue to cough. My face must be red by now, and the pain is shooting through my body. After what seems like minutes, I finally stop and am heavily breathing. Vergil places a on my back and slowly lays me on my back. It takes a while for my breathing to steady. Vergil keeps one of his hands locked in my right as his other is placed on my forehead. I open my eyes to see Vergil. Nero has left, I'm not sure why. Vergil looks at me and brings back his hand.
"You could of given me more warning."
He half smiles,"Where's the fun in that?"
Nero comes back in with a bowl of water and a towel. Vergil soaks the towel in the water and places it on my head. The ice water feels great against my flaming head. Vergil,"Get some rest. We'll stay here if you need anything."
"Thanks"
I say that and close my eyes. This freakin wound has taken a lot out of me. I fall into sleep almost immdiately.
