Looking over at Ada, I see that she's leaning against a tree instead of laying her head on my jacket. Sherry has a hand on her stomach, which makes me wonder what's going on. I walk over to the two and immediately, Sherry pulls her hand away at my sight.
I kneel next to Ada, opposite of Sherry's side,"What's going on?"
Sherry smiles,"Nothing. She'll be fine."
Ada has lost her paleness, returning to her color. She looks like something is on her mind though.
I look up at Sherry,"Can you give us a minute?"
Sherry nods and walks over to the others who are only a few feet away. I sit next to Ada,"What's going on?"
Her voice is back to normal,"Nothing."
"I know you better than that, what..."
Cutting me off, her voice is sharp, to the point,"Get the others here and I'll explain everything. It's easier to tell everyone at once."
The others have heard and walk over, sitting in a circle with us. Sherry sits on the othr side of Ada with Jake next to her. On my left is Chris, then Claire and Piers.
Ada says slowly,"I've only known for about a month now. The only reason Sherry knows is because she figured it out.....I'm...Pregnant."
