today i did
three differnt types of sit up 30 second rush 3 times
two differnt types of push up each at 30second rush 3 times
some light streching and yoga i
finished off my exercises with 3 sets of 5 pull ups and
minor ( up to 25 pounds from 0) pyramid weight lifting at 10 iterartions per 5 pounds.
ive notice a drop in hunger since starting this exercise , i beleive it is do to the extra water i've been consuming razz coupled with the smaller meals i do not have the urge to allways have something close by to snack on.
i haven't checked my weight yet i dont suppose i will for another two days , im hoping my baby sends her care package soon.
side notes:
i feel strangly detatched as i think on some unsettling new. i only hope i am wrong.
