Brief History:
Beginning: Born in Texas, Victor had grown up as a stout, do it yourself person. Being raised by a single mother, Victor was taught to be a kind, gentleman and to respect others. Being this way, many people took advantage of this, causing Victor to loose his sense of what was right.
Rough Crowd: Loving motorcycles as a kid, Victor joined a MC that respected him and gave him the feeling of belonging. During this time Victor's ability with a gun when enraged gained him the nick name Mad Dog. This also got him into the watchlist of S.H.I.E.L.D. After a gun run that turned deadly, a wounded Victor was rescued by Nick Fury.
SHIELD: It took sometime For him to adjust to working for the law,but with the help of Agent Romanoff, Doing various missions for S.H.I.E.L.D. as security detail, Victor gained the trust of Fury, thus becoming a full fledged agent. Because of his skill with firearms, Victor is usually paired up with Agent Barton or Agent Romanoff. Once the Avenger initiative was a go, Victor became fast friends with Steve Rogers due to the love of motorcycles and side firearms. Due to this, Victor tends to spend his free time with the Cap discussing everything from the newest Harley to how to operate an iPhone.
His Fall[/b]: When it was realized that Hydra was apart of Shield, he was confused. Victor's jobs had ask for more blood, but he though it was for the greater good. The US government wanted to have him locked up for his crimes eve though he did it for his country and the world. Being on the run isn't the best feeling but once he gets his revenge he'll feel better. Hot lead is how those who ruined him will be met.
